Chef Christophe was nothing shy of amazing. He responded in a timely manner, was very flexible / understanding and would work with whatever we wanted, shared so much knowledge, very friendly, and Most importantly…the food was incredible!! Would 100% have Christophe again and highly recommend him for anyone.

If you need a chef, look no further! Chef Christophe was unbelievable! He was personal, flexible with our needs and the food was delicious! While cooking our meal he would explain what he was doing and it was obvious he has passion to teach.

I connected with chef Christophe in hopes of getting my parents a unique experience gift for Christmas. He worked within our budget and sent a few sample menus to help my brothers and me select a meal. He was easy to work with and very responsive to my emails. Once we gave the gift he worked with my parents to schedule a date and they said that Christophe was easy to work with. He showed up on time with everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve the meal. While I didn’t get to enjoy the meal myself, I am told that the “menu and preparation was fabulous” and “the quality of food and food preparation was outstanding” “Definitely five star”. My parents went on to say that they “would definitely hire him again.” If you are looking for a gift idea, look no further than chef Christophe. He will work with you to plan a one of a kind dining experience, and leave the recipients wanting more. Thank you chef!

Chef was great! He was punctual, very personable, and made delicious dishes. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our private dinner and getting to know Christophe was a pleasure. He even gave us tips for cooking, and showed us how to use simple ingredients to make amazing dishes. We agreed we will definitely hire him again. Thank you for making our date night memorable. There is no better deal out there. My formal training allows me to be extremely versatile and bring you the best techniques and methods. Once you have your first event, you will be hooked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and discuss in details what your goals and expectations are. We can discuss your preferences and the type of food you are interested in learning or eating with your guests. We can go as fast as you choose to. I am very patient and love to teach you how to eat clean and healthy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Ecole Hoteliere de Nice for 3 years and obtained a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts. I worked in Monte-Carlo, Spain and Nice. I am a fully trained butcher and received double training in school for Pastry and Cooking.
