We were in the middle of reorganizing our garage when I realized I needed help with most of the "memorabilia". I had baby clothes, boxes of pictures and lots of kids preschool/elementary school artwork (4 kids' worth!). I didn't know quite where to start! Katy had great ideas and helped me implement them- sorting and taking photos of the artwork so that I can make memory books for each child, photos that could be scanned at a later date, and tossing lots of unwanted items. She also got an organized system going in our garage with organized, labeled bins. The bins were there, I just needed some help reorganizing and making the most of of the space!

Katy has done an amazing job so far! She has accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. I am really pleased with how my closet turned out - designer quality/organization with just a minimal amount of money spent on supplies. She really knows what she is doing!

Still ongoing- so far it has been amazing. They both are self directed after initial (free) consult, and can keep project moving without asking too much about things other than getting clarification. The 2 organizers work independently but collaboratively and do exactly what I would do if I were organized.

I wish I could give 10 Stars! My experience started with Katy & Holly coming for the estimate. I knew within moments that I wanted to hire them! Their willingness to help me accomplish my complex goal of purging, organizing, and packing in preparation for my move along with their additional service of dropping off donations to local charities made their service an even greater value! I then got to work directly with Holly (the Organizing Elf) who figured out how best to work with me (it's not always easy to part with things) and make the most of our time together. I recommend them with 100% confidence to anyone for their small, medium or large organizing projects!! Thank you so very much for everything!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We provide a complimentary 1-hour on site consultation. If hired, our current rate starts at $30-50 per hour. Additional Collection and off site disposal surcharges may apply, based on project scope ($10 + up). Storage containers and labels are available for purchase and are charged on the invoice for the session. Shopping time is billable at $25 per hour.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with a quick connect (text, email or convo) and share quick project elements. If there is a match in expectations and our skills, we offer an in-home consultation to understand the scope of the project and when we confirm that we align on a plan of action, we agree on a 1st work session. For larger projects, several or regular work sessions may be needed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Retail, wholesale, and hospitality business leadership is our background. This former corporate leader has experience managing thousands of units of inventory, leading hundreds of people, oversight of multiple physical locations, shipping and receiving, supply chain, client service, visual display creation and setup, trade show setups and logistics planning. Katy has a bachelors degree in business management and decades of profitable and ethical business operations leadership. All of these elements help to view a new project by learning about you and how you want to use the space.
