License Type: MA - Massage Therapist (FL)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute training sessions. Sessions start at $30, $40, and $50 depending on the time frame. There are no fees or taxes, and you get exactly what you pay for! Regarding Massage Therapy services, I charge $65 an hour and $90 for 90 minute sessions. I charge the same rate for any modality, including deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, and sports massage. I do charge an additional fee for remote services, as I will have to block off additional time for travel/set up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start by having a conversation regarding your health history and personal fitness goals. Once we have set some objectives, we will go through a physical assessment to establish your baseline. This is done through basic movements and functional exercises. After we go through your initial workout, we’ll sit down to come up with a plan! Most of my clients also workout outside of when they see me, so I will also help design a plan for the days when you are not training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
