Massage Therapy

I travel the world and have had professional body work in Central and South America, Asia, Europe and across the USA - and by far the work at Bodywork Performance from the professional in-take, immaculate facility, and calm spiritually centered expertly trained therapist is in every way superior to that from the most expensive spas in Capital cities across the globe. If you are in the greater Tampa Bay region - Bodywork Performance is a must call.

Massage Therapy

The Best Massage I've ever received. I was feeling pretty tight in my neck and shoulders, and I felt 1000% better the next day, plus got a great nights sleep, which I had not been able to get for quite a while. I'll definitely go back. Thank you!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute training sessions. Sessions start at $30, $40, and $50 depending on the time frame. There are no fees or taxes, and you get exactly what you pay for! Regarding Massage Therapy services, I charge $65 an hour and $90 for 90 minute sessions. I charge the same rate for any modality, including deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, and sports massage. I do charge an additional fee for remote services, as I will have to block off additional time for travel/set up.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will start by having a conversation regarding your health history and personal fitness goals. Once we have set some objectives, we will go through a physical assessment to establish your baseline. This is done through basic movements and functional exercises. After we go through your initial workout, we’ll sit down to come up with a plan! Most of my clients also workout outside of when they see me, so I will also help design a plan for the days when you are not training.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

B.S Kinesiology (University of Tampa) M.S Exercise and Nutrition Science (U of Tampa) Massage Therapy License (760 hours) MA93979 Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) I have over 10 years and more than 10,000 hours of experience as a personal trainer, and 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
