Nick is the single greatest Personal Trainer on the planet and possibly the universe. We worked on fast-twitch muscle fiber development and also strength work inside the gym. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always offer a new clients who go through my website their first session free of charge in which consists of the fitness evaluation and a mini personal training session. Nextjourneyfitness.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will discuss the current fitness level and goals of the client with them directly. Then I will perform a personal training fitness evaluation on the client. This evaluation gives me a much better understanding on the clients current fitness capabilities and weaknesses and directs me on which route to take. Everyone is different and will have a different workout routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Official International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA) Personal Training Certification.
