I have been training with Tatiana for 5 months now and it has been the best decision I have ever made for my body! In the past, I have worked out and lost weight on my own , but had trouble maintaining results. The total-body transformation that i am experiencing now is greater than I ever could have imagined! Ive lost weight and gained muscle and I feel incredible. At 4'11" tall, I never thought of myself as someone who could lift weights and gain muscle, but Tatiana has shown me how to weight train properly for my body and im thrilled with the results: I can now leg press 270lbs!!! After every session I leave feeling like there is nothing I can't do! In addition to my gains in strength and weight loss, I have also had significant increases in flexibility, cardio, and endurance. I worked with Tatiana for about four weeks to jumpstart my workout program. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. It had been sometime since I had worked out regularly, but she was great at establishing a foundation and progressing from there. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Your first appointment will be an assessment and is the same price as a single session but lasts 90 min. All other prices are for 60min sessions. There is a $10 fee if I travel to your home and a $15 fee for a second person. I also train small groups (ask about pricing). I offer discounts when you pay for a month in advance. Contact me for my price list. Payment for single sessions is due at the time of the session. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?As soon as you contact me I will be in touch with you to get a few details and answer any questions. Then I send you an email with a health history questionnaire to see if you have any medical conditions requiring you to get medical clearance from your doctor. If you are ready to move forward I will schedule you for a 90 min assessment which takes place in the studio that I work out of in Carrollwood. At the assessment I start by having you fill out some forms and we speak about your current health, past experience as well as your goals and expectations. After that I will take some measurements like weight, height, circumference, and body composition. Then we move onto some active assessments where I can identify any imbalances in your body so that we can work on correcting them during your program. At the end I take you through a short workout so that I can get an idea of your current fitness level (so wear sneakers and comfortable clothing). I will recommend a general fitness plan at that time taking into account your goals, time frame, budget and availability. Then we will make an appointment for your first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Additionally I am certified through the National Personal Training Institute as a Personal Trainer. This certification was a 600 hour course that included both theory as well as practical instruction. I was fortunate enough to study under highly qualified instructors that brought the curriculum to life and offered real-world experience in a supervised setting. I am also CPR certified through the American Red Cross.
