From my very first phone call, I knew The Brightly Booth would be the perfect fit for our wedding. Sam was easy to talk to, helpful and professional. She maintained great communication throughout the entire process, was punctual to our event and most importantly stayed throughout the reception making guests experience fun and efficient.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    At The Brightly Booth, our photo booth packages start out at 2 hours. Additional hours can be added on by request ($100 per additional hour, no set maximum amount of hours per event). For 2 FREE Hours, ask us about our Violet & Vine customizable photo backdrops!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once a new customer has reached out via Thumbtack or the Contact Form on our website, we will work with you to schedule a time to speak by phone or video call (if email works best for you, please specify and we will be happy to work with your preferences). Once all details have been decided upon, we will send an electronic contract for e-signature and you will have the ability to submit your down payment at the time of signing. The remainder of your charge can be paid at any time and in any amount via our payment service, Honeybook. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the date of your event.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Samantha went to art school and has always had a passion for photography and graphic design. Vic owns her own floral design company and loves working within the event industry.
