We can talk and look at albums, and I can even help you plan your timeline! It's the perfect way for us to bond and see if we are a perfect fit! If you're too busy or far away to meet in person, we can chat over the phone or even hold a Skype session. I love to hear about all the intricate details and watch them come to life! Get booked: I book a limited amount of weddings each year as I want to assure to give 100% to each wedding. My couples are so important to me, and making their special day flawless and stress free is top on my list! All weddings are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. A signed contract and a 50% balance is required to hold the date! If money is tight, talk to me, and we can work out a payment plan. If you love my work, I want to photograph your wedding! Becoming friends: Once you reserve Contemporary Captures Photography for your wedding, our new friendship begins. This starts with the engagement session! Engagement sessions are a time not only for us to create lasting images of your love but also for us to get to know each other. We will talk beforehand and plan your session so that it screams you! Do you love old trucks and antiques? Let's find you some! Do you love the beach? I'll meet you there! I promise to make it fun and not a chore! I love going places that are meaningful to your love or somewhere you have always wanted to go. Letting your personality come through is the best way to fall in love with your images! Don't be afraid to share your dreams, no matter how extreme or corny! Wedding planning: After the engagement session, we won't see each other until a couple of weeks before the wedding. Don't worry. I am always available to you; I'll just be an email away! A week or two before your wedding, we will meet or chat and go over all the details of your wedding day. I will go over the timeline with you (I can even put one together for you if you don't have one.), and get a list together of must-have shots. We do this, so we can capture your wedding exactly how you have envisioned it. The wedding day: Let go! This is your day. Not only will I be there to capture every emotional moment, but I'm also an expert at buttoning up wedding dresses, fetching water, and pinning on boutonnieres! Remember? We are friends now! Relax, and enjoy every moment. Gallery: I generally will have your sneak peeks up within 48 hours. Your entire gallery will be revealed at an in-home or studio reveal session in 6 to 8 weeks. Unlike most photographers, I don't just edit your peeks; I hand color, correct and edit each and every one of your wedding photos! Album: Once you receive your proofs, you will have some time to pick out your favorites for the album. If we don't get album images narrowed down at your reveal session, I will give you the tools to help you make those choices. After you sign off on your design and cover options, it takes about 6 to 8 weeks for the album to be made. My albums are awesome! It is of unbelievable quality and so worth every penny.
