Words can’t describe how truly grateful we are to have hired Allison-The Crafty Co-Host to manage our Airbnb property. It’s quiet difficult to be out of state and put your trust in someone and having experienced other property managers, Allison is top notch and goes above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about Allison and how well she runs The Crafty Co-Host. I'm a mom of a toddler, I have another little one on the way and a full-time career outside of managing properties with my husband. As any other property owner knows, it is extremely hard to find someone trustworthy and dependable enough to do as good or even better job than yourself. I can tell you from experience that these bigger companies are not worth it. They are missing the human aspect and lack attention to detail. The employees they have working for them don't typically own properties of their own and they are not detail oriented. Well, Allison does, and she is very much detail oriented. She's gone through the same struggles, empathizes and will put in the extra effort to present an immaculate Airbnb experience. She is professional and executes on a consistent basis. Having the peace of mind that Ive found someone I can trust to treat my business as their own is so beneficial to all areas of my life. Youve lifted so much weight off my shoulders Allison! This is the best Airbnb Property Manager in Pinellas County I highly recommend working with Allison and her team. I was working with another larger Property Manager before and they weren't providing the care and detail to my property that I was looking for and my revenue literally increased by 23% after having her take over my property for me. She is also an investor herself and helping me find my next vacation rental too. If you're looking for a new manager, she's who you want managing your property.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    -No nickeling and diming and no hidden fees.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once you decide you would love to work with me, then I will send over a contract agreement, in which can cancelled at anytime (I do not hold you for a year like other PMs). Then I will go through the onboarding process which entails answering some questions about the property. Then I go into the property and complete my checklist for a new client!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I am an Airbnb owner myself and I know what it takes to have a successful vacation rental! I love all things Airbnb!
