I don't normally give anything a perfect rating. Everything can always use a little improvement. But as far as I'm concerned, I'm as happy as I could be with this company. The representative, Jeff, was knowledgeable and worked in my schedule. I even made him come out on the weekend. We had our roof restored instead of replacing it and it looks fantastic. Not to mention we saved about $2500 bucks! My insurance is satisfied, and I've got everything I wanted. Thanks guys!

Jeff came out to give me a quote for a new roof and told me about Nutech products. I was very interested and we had our roof restored. It looks great and my electric bill seems to be lower. Also, my patio area isn't nearly as hot as it used to be. In the afternoon you used to be able to feel heat coming down from the ceiling, but now it's cool and shady!

The company contacted us promptly and came out to give us an estimate on replacing our roof. In addition to a new roof, our house needs new siding and we had a request in to Thumbtack to find a contractor for the job.Upon talking with the rep who came out for the roof estimate, Dennis, we discovered that the company also does siding. We thought it was a great idea to be able to use one company for both jobs and asked him to give us a siding estimate too. Dennis was too busy that day and running late (admittedly our fault having arrived at the house almost 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment), so he was going to contact us early the following week to measure the house and give us an estimate for that. Never heard another word from the company. I called about a week later and left two voicemails, not a single response.
I'm glad that the economy has perked up sufficiently that construction companies can choose to ignore potential customers, but this isn't a company that I will be trusting to show up. If they can't be there for an estimate before they have my business, and after I've chased them down with phone calls asking for their services, then what are they going to be like once they have a down payment in hand?
