I have a rental home in Spring Hill, FL and when my tenant told me the roof was leaking I thought "oh ****". Rich contacted me back on here and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He did what ever he could to get me financed and able to put a new roof on the house. He was easy to talk to, explained things, professional, funny and it did not matter what time I called him- he answered the call. Even when I did not realize how late it was. Rich helped me when I was in an absolute panic! The price was less than what I paid 20 years ago for a roof. He had my back the whole time and ensured that everything was done up to code and professionally. The project manager was named Dakota and he was very professional as well and my roof looks stunning. Either of them answered their phones and explained to me everything that was happening. There was one snafu as the gutters no longer fit as they had been put on so long ago. I thought "and here we go". Ya know what- This company took my old gutters and put new ones on and did not charge me a penny for them. I was amazed. The roof was completed in one day and the gutters were replaced within 2 days. They cleaned up all of the mess a new roof makes and even went through the yard to ensure no metal or nails were left behind. I could not have asked to have a better professional helping me. I will recommend them to anyone in need of a roof. Thank you so much Rich, Dakota and RoofCrafters for making this experience a pleasure.

Everything pretty much went according to plan but, now that the roof has been on for over a week, I can't seem to find anyone to respond to my request of needing the wind mitigation report to give to my homeowner's insurance company. ***** Update***** DO NOT HIRE this company unless you are desperate and have no roofing knowledge. The salesman lied to me and the owner lied to the Better Business Bureau when I reported them for false information, costing me $600/yr in homeowners insurance discounts. There were also a couple of mishaps on their part during the project, which cost me my time/labor and extra money out-of-pocket. They promised to reimburse me by crediting my account with the finance company, which I have yet to see. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and find roofers that know EVERYTHING there is to know about a roofing system !!
