I received a home inspection report in one day following the inspection. There were items identified that we did not know about that we found we need to address. The inspector missed items that we knew about-never mentioned in the report. He included obvious items but did not look below the surface on these items (for example, he pointed out the pool had some handles that were broken off but he did not test the pool solar to see if it was working.) The inspector was 4 hours late for the inspection because he was sent to Ft. Meyers instead of Largo. By choosing an engineering co. to do the inspection and paying more than the typical inspection, I expected to have a little more depth to the report. Additional "experts" will need to be hired to provide answers to questions that the inspector raised because he could not identify the specific source for several problems. Overall, I am ok with what I have received- I can do what I need with what I received and what I know about my home. I do recommend the inspector start the inspection inside first and then go to the attic and outside. Or the inspector should change clothing and shoes to prevent bringing dirt into the home from the attic and outside. Shoe covers in home are a must on carpets-these he should carry on his person for all inspections.Nov 21, 2019Verified
I've had three home inspections (different companies) on properties in the last year and Beryl (Anthony) was the most detailed out all. The final product was hands down the best home inspection that you could ask for.Sep 17, 2018Review from Facebook
Beryl helped me with an inspection for a rehabbed property I am buying as my primary home. I had concerns given its history with city inspection records and by the age of the home. My inspection was scheduled quickly. John walked me through his findings and helped sort out what needed done to make the home safe for me and my children. The report was available next morning. Thank you so much for your help!Jun 29, 2018Review from Facebook

Very knowledgeable professional, backed by a team of engineers. Your home is your biggest asset, liability and monthly payment, don't skimp out on a cheap inspection, it could cost you tens of thousands of dollars later. Its just not worth it.May 9, 2018Review from Facebook
Recently had a home inspection done. The Beryl Project Engineering team was very helpful with the scheduling process. John preformed a great inspection! We could not make it to the inspection, however John called with a detailed report on the outcome. The inspection report we received the night of the inspection was very easy to read. Will recommended Beryl's services to others.Mar 30, 2018Review from Facebook
