- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is typically a set price, unless there is something extraordinary- multiple business or assets to enter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I meet with new clients and get an idea of who they are and what is needed. I create friendships and teach each client what is needed to understand their situation. I never charge for questions or calls during the year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have to have a ton of continuing education credits a year to keep current with all of the tax laws and changes.
