Introduction: I have been a mathematics/physics Tutor with excellent results for over 10 years. I am very passionate about helping people overcome obstacles in these subjects, so that they can reach their goals. I have been a tutor in the athletic center at USF, also for a private company through Net Tutor (white board system), through internet sites, and privately. I learned not only math, but also physics which forced me to not only know math but to understand it. I know what it is like to hear an explanation that makes no sense. Tutor is latin for guardian and that is what a good tutor is. It is a personal goal of mine to help people not only get through a class but to often excel. Watching students not only know how to do a problem but to understand what they are doing. When this happens formulas and equations are not so abstract.
