The only thing missing from our gym was myself. It became very apparent that I needed structure and motivation from a professional trainer to obtain my goals. On February 28th I found Keith Bishop, certified trainer and owner of KB2 Fitness, and my transformation literally began that day. During our consultation, Keith actively listened to my concerns and goals, recorded my weight and measurements, and conducted my first workout session in the privacy of my own home. I was so impressed with Keith’s talent, professionalism, and energy that I signed up for 32 sessions! I was committed. Amazing ability to target and isolate muscles to tighten and define them. He integrates cardio for a good calorie burn as well. I've experienced a few personal trainers and would rate Jeff as one of the best!

I absolutely love Denise and their other trainers!!! I've been with them off and on for about 4yrs. However, last summer (2014) I decided to make a commitment and set not only weight loss goals but health goals. I was an insulin dependent diabetic with A1 C levels around 10 and now I'm off insulin my Al C levels are 7.6 and I've lost over 35 lbs. My weight loss would be greater if I followed the complete program. This team does an excellent job of modifying exercises for those of us with physical limitations and meeting you at your fitness level . They really now how to push you to the next level but also teach you how to protect your body. Again, THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!

I moved down from dc at 267! Yep thats right 267! I started going to the gym and was working on somethings on my own. Trust me I had no clue just looking at what I had seen. Then I ran into Mr. FEAST. Well life changed! That started with my eating. Hey who doesn't want 3 cheese mac and cheese with some grilled chicken. TASTY! But that was not in the meal plan. I had to redefine me with what I put into my body. Mr. Feast helped me with that! From learning how to shop for food and what to eat. In I year I was down to 195. Yep that is big for me. Trust me the burpees, sprints, boxing, treadmill, elliptical, stair climbs, jump ropes were all worth it. I have had my weak moments and trust me I can tear up a cupcake but I have to remember what I put into my body has to land somewhere so you have to decide on what that will do to you and what you need to do about. Would I recommend him...in my island voice....OF COURSE YES. If you need the push he has it for you and trust me we have had our battles but in the the battle isn't with you or him its a battle for healthy living.. WHEN THAT BATTLE ABOVE ALL!

Sonya trained me to become the strongest figure skater I could be. After working out with her every week for the past three years, I became stronger and achieved jumps that I never thought I could in skating. She is very dependable and became a friend of mine.
