- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t just choose a random number. I calculate all other factors such as time, resources, travel, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every client as if they are a multimillionaire client so expect me to be very communicative & respectful. I prefer to have a face-to-face talk with the client whether it is in person or via FaceTime before production date. We start every project with what our end goals are. I usually give the client a good idea of what to expect each time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took 3 classes in high school that were film related and have Adobe Certification for Adobe Premiere Pro.
