Beyond amazing experience with this company! I live in FL which as we all know we have plenty of rain/thunderstorms. Last month I experienced water pouting in from the ceiling of my house during a terrible storm, which is an experience that I had never been through before. I was in panic and did not know who to call, luckily my friend had this same issue occur a few weeks before and recommended Point H20 Restoration. She said she worked with John and he was beyond amazing, got everything done quickly and clean, and had excellent knowledge on what he was doing. I reached out to the company and got ahold of John, it was truly the best experience l've ever had with a contractor who came to mv house. He arrived quickly, inspected my ceiling and within a few minutes I had all of the water cleaned out / cleared from my ceiling, then dried and then he covered the roof to stop any future leaks from weather disasters, all while I was making the claim for the incident! Owning a house is a truly great experience but knowing that I have a contractor that treats my home like there's is truly the best experience! I would recommended Point H20 Restoration to all of my neighbors and friends! Great company and great customer service!

This is a fantastic company they were very responsive, on time, kind and courteous. I was overwhelmed with mold that was affecting my health they were very informative and removed and cleaned my entire home for mold. Thank you guys for everything!

I don’t usually write reviews, however John was a pleasure to work with and was outstanding throughout the whole process. Did incredible work in a timely manner. Any questions I had he was able to answer thoroughly right away. Very pleased with how everything came out, will be going to on point H20 restoration again! Highly recommend

On Point deserves more than just 5 stars. John the owner was involved the entire time my mold remediation project was being conducted. Vary rare these days to see a owner so hands on with clients and projects. John Was very professional and gave it to me straight, They don't cut corners and go the extra mile to get the job done right. Hopefully I wont need to have services done anytime soon but if needed John would be my first call.

Came back from the holidays to find a surprise water leak that popped up while we were gone. John was amazing - he was able to get out here very quickly and take care of the water damage and also the mold that had started. Definitely a life saver, super friendly & professional!

  We offer a referral program that way we can give back to our customers who believe in us to help someone in need of our services that they can trust. Pricing for our services varies depending on the scope of work needed to complete the job and complete the job correctly, Also the size of the home, areas affected and city you live in can determine the price of the job.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  My typical process with working with a new customer is getting to know them, them getting to know me, and the issues they are having and as much information they have about the loss. Then Schedule an appointment with them to evaluate the property and go over options and an estimate.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I've been doing construction since I was 14 years old. I grew my knowledge of restoration by attending and completing IICRC training courses and exams to become certified in my areas of work.
