My name is Nelson Tobin and I have been in the medical equipment business for over 25 years. I have met and worked with Allen from KRB Media at least 10 years give or take. Anyway, lets just say I am not computer literate at all. That said, Allen has the ability to get on my level and make me understand what we need for our company both in hardware, software (website design) and most exciting is this new optimization (which is very new to my company and especially me) that he and his firm are experts in. Not only does KRB and Allen jump threw hoops to help my business grow while always making sure we are protected from hacking and bugs etc, but also when business was down for us and or I had some personal setbacks with a divorce, he ran just as fast to help us and treated both me and my company no differently than when we were on top of the world. The best thing about Allen is that he will stand up to you, and not sell you something that is not needed and tells you why. Lastly, and this may sound corny, but not only is he a entrical part of our company, and knows every ones name, but has become a true friend to me as well. I am sorry for the book!!! Allen has been a great help to our business. We've got 6 computers and Allen has done a great job keeping them all running smoothly and virus free. He's extremely capable, responsive and honest. He's equally well versed in both Macs and PCs, and has consistently sought to solve any issues we've had in the most cost effective way he could. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that he was overcharging me in any way. I'd recommend Allen (and have) to anyone that was looking to set up and/or maintain computer equipment either at their business or at home in a cost effective way. I've worked with Allen for about 5 years now, and I highly recommend him (and Your PC Hero).

I CAN SAY FOR THE FIVE YEARS I USED ALLENs SERVICES.....IT WAS BEYOND FAIR, PROFESSIONAL AND ECONOMICAL. MY ABILITIES WERE VERY LIMITED AND HE HAD THE UNDERSTANDING TO ASSIST ME SLOWLY. I CONTINUE MY FRIENDSHIP WITH HIM EVEN THOUGH I HAVE RELOCATED IN ANOTHER STATE. BEST TO ALL, GEMCGRIFF, JR.

Referrals are great but only of the referrer knows something about the service you are inquiring about. My business has grown strictly from testimonials and referrals and I never charge to answer your questions or diagnose an issue.
