FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every request is different. That is day of the week, distance, venue selection, attending the rehearsal, helping with vows. Clients want to see a price to make comparisons and how it fits into the event budget. Price should not always be the deciding factor as any price could be negotiated. Do not sacrifice price over quality of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive your request and offer a quote. After acceptance, I work closely with the wedding couple, by phone or e-mail. I have an easy up to 14 point process that helps in making the selection or customizing the type of ceremony desired. I also provide samples of end to end ceremonies or just vows when asked. More...... Communication: For short term requests 30 days or less, I confirm the ceremony details within 15 days of the initial consultation, and an e-mail reminder the day before the event. For long term requests up to 40 days or more, I confirm the ceremony details at 30 days before the event and an e-mail reminder the day before the event. I also send a reminder as needed when critical information is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Ordained Minister and a State of Florida Notary Public. Earned Doctor of Divinity from the Universal Life Church Seminary - Counseling, member American Counseling Association and Central Florida Counseling Association.
