Introduction: I take the woo-woo out of yoga, mindfulness & meditation. I teach non-hippy-dippy mindfulness and yoga practices for you. We’re talking a scientifically backed approach to mindfulness meditation. And yoga? No worries there, either. If you cringe at the thought of taking a yoga class…but KNOW that you really need to…then give me a call. I’ve got you covered. I am a registered yoga teacher with advanced training (RYT500) and specialize in creating a welcoming environment to make both yoga and meditation accessible to everyone. I welcome students of all races & ethnicities, all religions, all gender identities, all countries of origin, all sexual orientation, and all abilities and disabilities…everyone. I offer private individual, small group as well as corporate yoga + meditation classes. So, grab a bunch of friends, move your coffee table (or conference room table) out of the way, and I'll come teach wherever is the most convenient for you! I also teach from my home studio, so if you don't have your own space, you can practice at my place!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get a date and time and place set. For yoga classes, here are some of the things we usually go over: - experience of the student/s - type of class wanted (restorative, mindful, hatha etc.) - mats and props needed (I can provide them if the students don't have them) - any other questions or concerns! For a meditation class we go over: - what to expect in the class - seating and space available - a myriad of questions that you might have!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training (RYT500), and I am on track to be a certified MBSR teacher with the University of Massachusetts and Brown Universities.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with so many different types of customers. From the students at my studio in a Chicago suburb, to corporate clients, to professional athletes (the Tampa Bay Buccaneers).
