I cannot say enough about the quality of Mark's work. He has years of experience and that is very evident in the quality of his work. We hired him to remove old tile and install new tile in our 1700 sq Ft villa. He showed up when he said he would and left the job site clean after completing his work each day. He took care of all details as we were out of town when he did the work. We were thrilled with the completed job. I would absolutely recommend him without a doubt. If you want good quality work at a fair price, be sure to call Mark.

Mark did fabulous work for us on our backsplash! He made sure we had all the correct materials and it looks absolutely flawless. He walked us through the process, including how he would work with our slightly crooked cabinets to make sure everything looked perfect in the end. Very kind and professional guy. 10/10!

If Thumbtack would let me choose all 5 options, I would. Mark was responsive and professional, on top of showing up early both days of the job! He does quality work at a reasonable price. We've wanted to get our shower re-tiled for almost 2 years now and it looks fantastic! Highly recommend him and will use him again for future tiling projects! Thanks, Mark!

My pricing is labor only, customer to supply thin set, grout and tile Std tile install $ 2.50 tile removal $ 2.00 Carpet removal $ .65 vinyl removal $ 1.00 glued down hard wood $ 2.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"NO CREDIT CARDS" Please. I require 1/2 down balance at end of job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the business, I was setting tile when I was 12 yrs. old ( I'm 50 now).
