He is very knowledgeable about how to stay safe while exercising and he is very good at explaining it in a way that is easy to understand and apply when I am working out on my own. I like that it is not just running and weight lifting with him and that he incorporates TRX, yoga, and body weight exercises. Thank you!
Jea is a great yoga teacher. She is caring and knowledgable and led my yoga journey for 2 and 1/2 years. During that time, I grew stronger and more balanced. It was also good to have someone who cared about me as a person and a yoga practicer.
Ginean is exactly what we were looking for. We are both beginners when it comes to yoga and Ginean has provided us with a great deal of support, guidance and encouragement. She had to reschedule a few classes and she met us when It was convenient for us. Giving this review of Eileen Loh is a pleasure for me!! About a year ago, I met Eileen when she had just started teaching yoga in my area. I was attracted to her smile and her generous spirit and as I watched her teach I wanted to learn yoga myself. From that time until now, Eileen has given me class and private instruction at least two times a week. She goes above and beyond with her caring and attention to every body movement to maximize the experience and aid me in my practice. I hope to continue with yoga and with Eileen. On a recent visit to get a massage, my regular practitioner commented on my stronger muscles, back and legs especially. Thank you, Eileen! Finally, Eileen Loh's patience and true concern make her an outstanding instructor.
didi is a warm, caring, creative and talented individual. I first met her over two years ago when I started teaching yoga in Ryebrook. And now I count her as one of my close friends. She has many years of experience teaching children yoga and even more countless years as a yoga practitioner. With her hands on knowledge, wealth of experience as well as her dance background, she is a lively, informed and fun teacher. I wish I could be in a class with her again soon!!

I took prenatal yoga with Danielle during my second pregnancy and absolutely loved her classes. I had terrible back pain from the 2nd trimester onward and Danielle's Sunday classes straightened me out for the week! I would absolutely take more classes from Danielle:)

I feel Lisa is one of the best yoga instructors out there. Her soothing voice, non-judgmental corrections and attention to alignment made all of her classes a joy. I wasn't sure I would be able to keep up given my age ( over 60) and health concerns. Learning the basics correctly has kept me going and improving. I highly encourage everyone to take a class.
In her yoga class she gave great guidance and was very gentle with the yoga positions. She gave tips on other ways to do a position as well, which was very helpful for me as I have a past injury and am pretty new to yoga. In her sound healing mediation class she brought an air of child like energy and an at ease feeling to just be. She brought us to a beautiful place in our minds and then played multiple sound bowls which sweep you off to total heavenly relaxation. With each class there was some movement and meditative aspects, so you are getting more than just a yoga class or just a mediation class. For me, they feel like great practices to have hand in hand. Since I have been working with Gabriela on yoga and meditation, I have deepened my personal meditation practice, and have had improvement in the areas I experience daily pain, I am able to do more with less pain spikes. I feel like I have gotten way more out of her classes than I ever dreamed, it has opened me up to feeling better in daily life in multiple ways.
