We have had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Gabe's outstanding cooking and culinary delights for over 2 years at a restaurant we did not like until Chef Gabe arrived. We have also greatly enjoyed his in-home Chef Events for parties including bringing a bartender / assistant. Last month Chef Gabe selected the menu for our WPO Dine Around Party in our home and all Guests rated Chef Gabe as outstanding and perfect. Everything he has done has been great. Wish we could afford to hire him as our own full time personal Chef. Having become friends over the years, we have met his lovely family and find Gabe to be an excellent husband and father, honest and hard working with a great sense of humor. My husband and I invited over 9 couples. We were a total of 20 adults. I asked Gabriel to create a menu with 2 appetizers, a salad and 2 dinner entrees to choose from with 4 sides. He chose a meat and fish entree, they were amazing. Most of us tried both, I personally loved everything. He made empanadas that were gone immediately. The mahi entree had a seafood sauce on top everyone raved about the food. Gabriel was very professional and efficient. He was early, on task and ready for all the guests when they arrived. His presentation was outstanding. I was surprised chef gabe was so humble and genuine. Overall my experience was extremely positive and we have already hired him for my husband bday party in August.

I hired Mr. Riva for his profesional way to work, he was on time, it was dinner at my home for eight guess, the presentation and the food were extraordinary, he went above and beyond in every way, I will not hesitated on hired him again.
