Deb is a knowledgeable and accomplished personal trainer. She trains my husband and me in our home and offers a vigorous workout with a focus on developing core strength, while increasing overall fitness, strength and flexibility. she is capable of adjusting the workout to the goals of the client and tailors each workout to the clients abilities, while offering new challenges to advance the individual's capabilities. I have been training with her for 18 months and have lost 35 lbs and 15 1/2 inches. Workouts with Deb are challenging but the energy and satisfaction you get after a hard workout is well worth it. If you want a trainer to challenge you and build your capacity, Deb is your trainer. When Deb is not training others, she engages in training on her own for triathalons.

Deb Peters has been my trainer for almost 2 years. In that time I have gone from being overweight to losing 35 pounds and running races. I am a different person then I was. At 63 I never thought I would be doing this and without Deb it would never have happened.

Deb Peters is an excellent personal trainer. My fitness level has greatly increased in the past two years. Deb and I spent the first year doing weekly strength trainings and now I am learning how to swim well and run strong. Since Deb's specialty is triathlon training, she is well rounded and I really have improved my swimming. I would recommend Deb to anyone at any age!!

Deb has been my triathlon coach for approx.seven months now.I can not say enough about how she has turned my short ( 9 mos.)tri. career around.Her individual weekly training plans have allowed this 64 yr. young body to improve remarkably and measurably! I am eating better foods, more often, and have lost 20 lbs. in just 6 mos. My motivation, skills,nutrition, performances , all are improved on a weekly basis. I could go on and on, call Deb, you won't find a better person or a better triathlon coach!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I customize my programs base on the needs of my clients. I offer in person one-on-one sessions and offer a monthly coaching program that is done virtually. Together myself and the client come up with what is needed to achieve the goals we set in the initial meeting.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish prospective clients knew that all trainers are not the "Biggest Loser" trainers. We coach you to achieve your desired results, setting realistic goals and expectations.
