Nancy Taylor provides a useful service for those away from their residence for extended periods of time. She has been my house sitter for several years. She checks the property outside and inside if desired and is alert to anything amiss. She once noticed an attempted break-in at my neighbor's house and followed through with the authorities on their behalf. She is skilled at many small home repairs. She has replaced locks, door sweeps, defrosted and cleaned up after a freezer door was left slightly ajar, set light timers and other security measures, and supervised more extensive repairs of windows and plumbing on my behalf. She filled in a small sinkhole for another neighbor.She is entirely trustworthy, honest and very businesslike--treating your home as she would her own pristine house. Carole Larsen

Nancy was my consultant in setting up a small home repair and plumbing business. She organized the jobs and did all of the invoicing and advertising to get me off the ground. I now have a fluent business and owe it to her for my success. She also assisted on many of the small home repair jobs. She is a true problem solver and goes above and beyond the call of duty to accomplish a task. She is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I truly enjoy working with her! When I was shopping for a live aboard boat, I went to Nancy to help me find one to fit my needs. Once the boat was purchased, she helped me organize it and she did the interior decorating. Her organizational skills are exemplary.
