We used Ron to clean and seal about 1500 square feet of tile and grout. We had several estimates, and Rons estimate was just about in the middle. He promised we would be happy, so we went with his company. After spending a day and a half, my grout looked brand new. However when he left,the sealer he spread over the tile and grout was sticky and tacky. I was concerned, but he said that was normal and to wait 24 hours and rinse with water and vinegar and it would clean right up. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I spent hours trying to clean my tile and get the sticky sealant off, but it looked terrible. I was so upset and contacted Ron, who responded immediately and rearranged his schedule to come out and look at it. He apologized and said I should have called immediately when it wouldn't clean well, and that he had a bad batch of sealant. Luckily he was able to buff the entire condo and the tile now looks amazing. I was concerned that I may have harmed the grout sealer because I had used so much vinegar to try to clean it myself, but he said if that happens to call him again. It's been a few weeks and the tile and grout both look great. I would definitely recommend Ron for any job. The way he responded when I was so upset speaks volumes of what kind of businessman he is. He promised he'd make us happy with the job, and he certainly did.

Well, Tony showed up on time. However, Tony (who said he will be the new owner in May) walked around, and told me all the reasons why Ron (current owner) should have never quoted $200 for this job without looking at it first. Its on the 2nd floor, liability of the hoses running from water source into the 2nd floor, its a 2-man job and hes the only one here, etc. Tony said the job would be $300 (not the $200 quoted)and he would have to come back another time with a 2nd guy. Any details Ron wanted to know for providing a quote were given in our communications prior to the quote and prior to making the appointment. All items were removed from the floor, and well prepared for the carpet cleaning. All employees were asked to leave one hour early for the cleaning (one hour less of production and one hour less pay to those employees). Tony was a bit obnoxious, arrogant, and unprofessional.

unfortunately Ron quoted the job without looking at it and it was a high traffic office building. For safety and legal reason it's a two man job because of the amount of people going in and out of the building and the amount of equipment and hoses we would have to bring in. there was liability and I felt like it was unsafe without at least two men on the job. we apologize that we let you down but it is in our best interest to be safe rather than make the money.
