Jonathon repaired and painted the century old plaster walls in several rooms of my house. Due to the high quality of his work, the walls look almost new. He also replaced ceilings and some doors. The quality of his work is excellent -- done with care and pride!

My wife and I bought our first house recently, and we loved everything except the wallpaper. We hired Jonathon to take the wall paper down and paint. He has been wonderful: fixing drywall, offering us advice, getting everything done quickly but with extremely close attention to detail. Very high quality work. We liked it so much, we are hiring him on again to remodel our upstairs bathroom!

First of all this is a fake review - I do not work for mortgage companies - I did not get hired nor did I submit a quote nor did I visit a jobsite - Lucia called me over and over trying to get me to look at an old building and finally had to ask her to not call me anymore.
