PerfectlyMaid4You did a move out clean for us. The owner of PM4U came to the house to assess the scope of the work and quoted us based on that. The price was very fair, considering the size of the house. All I can say in terms of how clean the house is...Wow! What an amazing job they did! The house is cleaner than when we moved in!! I will definitely use PerfectlyMaid4You again! I highly recommend their services!Mar 27, 2019VerifiedPerfectlyMaid4You's reply
Thank you for the great review! It was our pleasure! Call us anytime you need us! :)
Ruth and her gals do an outstanding job. I have been having my house cleaned for years, and, this is the best I have ever experienced. I had Molly Maids for many years who after awhile just cleaned what they could see. I loved coming home after Ruth and her professionals cleaned. The house was REALLY cleaned. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you Ruth and I look forward to doing business with you for years to come.Feb 25, 2016Verified
They clean my mom's house and always do a great, quick job!Sep 30, 2015Verified
Ruth has cleaned our house twice now and done a fantastic job. She is on time, professional and has an excellent work ethic.Jan 29, 2015Verified
Although Ruth was very nice and arrived on time, the work was sub-par. I left an extensive list of things that bothered me along with which chemicals to use on which items to be cleaned, unfortunately almost everything on my list of things that bothered me occured, I had also explained i was picky, but we just remodeled 85% of the house so most items were less than a month old. I literally had to re-clean my house after the job was complete. All faucets had smudges and water stains, floor had residue from washing, Silestone countertops were left dull, dishwasher and stove top had streaks and smudges, every cabinet pull had smudges and residue. Having said that she did remove the mildew from around my shower stall, dusted, vacuumed my rugs and cleaned the windows.Feb 13, 2015VerifiedPerfectlyMaid4You's reply
First thing I'd like to say, is that the clients detailed list was followed to the T. Everything was done to her specifics, using the exact products she requested. The list was checked off as we went. There is no way there was residue left on the floor, as it was cleaned with a tblsp of vinegar and water,as to NOT leave a residue. I did the cabinets and pulls myself and know for a fact there were no snudges. As for dull countertops, I used the Endust on them them as per her detailed list. I doulbled checked my girls bathrooms, faucets, light fixtures, etc...they were perfect...no smudges. We did the "extra" items on her list as well; removing mildew from around shower and outside of all windows. I even cut her a break on the price, by not charging her for the Windows because she was to be a recurring customer. As anyone can tell by ALL our other reviews, we are extremely detailed. Having said that, she did state that she was a picky person, however, I'm really not sure that ANYONE could live up to her expectations!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not complicated at all, though some people don't always understand at first...$30 per man-hour...which means, if there is only 1 of us cleaning, it's $30 an hour...if there are 2 of us there cleaning, it's $60 an hour...you're still getting 2 hours worth of cleaning because there are 2 people there cleaning the entire hour. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Not really "education"...classes or things of that nature, but I do have a Facebook page for my cleaning tips...which I scour the internet to find the best ways of cleaning particular things...such as set in carpet stains and such. I also search for homemade cleaner recipes and try them out to see if they work better than store bought green products...because I always want to use what will clean my customers house the best it can be done! :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was a roofer for 15+ years...when I moved to FL, I changed to inside work...much too hot on a roof here! lol I came from a family of 5 children and I am a mother of 5 children...I have been cleaning my entire life. I was raised by an Officer in the Army...we LEARNED to clean things properly! My father would have us stand at our bedroom doors (in parade rest) while he white gloved our rooms...if it didn't pass, we were grounded for a week. Honest truth.....so, I KNOW how to clean...I hated being grounded...it didn't happen very often at all! lol :)
