FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically require clients to invest at least $1,000/month into our marketing initiatives (including some direct ad spend) in order to be successful. If you can't afford another part time employee, you probably shouldn't be looking to outsource marketing work in my opinion. If you don't have at least $1,000/mo to hire outside help, I highly recommend taking some time to learn, test and experiment with some digital marketing activities on your own until you can comfortably outsource to an expert.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide insights and recommendations that we'd be taking if your business were our own. The first step is figuring out WHERE to invest your marketing budget to achieve optimal results and then figuring out HOW to implement those initiatives in the most effective manner. We require NO long term commitment to working together..so if at any point you're not happy with the direction we're taking, you can cease our working relationship with only 30 days notice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* Bachelor's Degree (Marketing Major) from the University of South Florida * 2x Inbound Marketing Certified * Constant student - I read & listen anything/everything I can in an effort to improve and fine tune my skills.
