Introduce oirselces, provide an estimate and make sure customer believes price is fair, schedule the job, confirm with customer the day before and provide time that we will be there, complete the job, walk the property with customer if they are home to make sure they are happy with everuthing, let cutomer know if there is ANYTHING they are not happy with don't hesitate to call us, provide an invoice and receiving payment is always the last step which means we put customer satisfaction ahead of payment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Every kind. We love all new customers and to turning them into believers in Dan Ryan's Pressure Cleaning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers at the start think all pressure cleaning companies are the same but I assure you they are not. For one, many are not insured which doesn't hurt anyone but the customer if God forbid something was to happen. Secondly, there are Many pressure cleaners out there who just want their check and go on to the next house. That's not how Dan Ryan's Pressure Cleaning works. We make sure your happy before we leave and if we can help you with anything else while we can (repair a broken tile, touch up some painting, fix a fence) we will try to do that for no extra charge and to simply improve the experience you have with us. We want you to call us everytime you need pressure cleaning done and don't want you to have to shop around because you will know our quality is the best and our prices are as well.
