Pinewood Construction is my go to company for construction and roofing needs. As a real estate agent, I often have customers that need roof repairs and I always refer them to Pinewood because their service is timely, reliable and priced fairly. Pinewood also replaced my s-tile roof in 2018. The new roof looks great! I have done remodeling in my home with Pinewood that included 3 bathrooms, one of which was a major remodel in the master bath that involved moving the tub drain by opening the slab. All the work was performed while we were in residence and the process, including permitting, went smoothly. The results were beautiful and I continue to get compliments on the quality of the work.Mike is very easy to work with and does what he says he will do. I will continue to recommend Pinewood Construction always!

Me and my fianc purchased a house in SoSo but met Mike in Wellington at another house that we were interested in at first. That would have been a big job. The house we ended up buying was pretty much turn key. However, there was some minor work that needed to be done and we asked Mike about it since we met him in Wellington and really liked him from the start. The work he did, and his crew, was absolutely fantastic. Even though I am sure that this job was more of a hassle, due to the relatively small job and far drive for Mike, his work was outstanding. Not only was the finished work phenomenal, the attention to detail and passion by everyone at Pinewood was a true pleasure. Kind, courteous, professional, extremely reasonable pricing, and just an all around fantastic experience. I will DEFINITELY call Mike for my next project - dormer and blow out / expand over the garage to really get the most out of the water view - I'm giving you a call Mike. Seriously, thank you for all the help during our house hunting and with the construction at our new house!!! I couldn't be more satisfied or happy!

Mike Cirillo and Pinewood Construction did a fabulous job for us with our remodel in Wellington. They took on a mixed bag of modifications - new walls, moved walls, appliances and refinishes - in the kitchen and several other areas and did a great job with all of them. Always came when they said they would, kept everything as clean as reasonable while they were working (which was important because we were living in the house during all this work), and took on full responsibility for making it happen. Easy to work with, creative with problem solving and a nice guy to boot. Strongly recommend them.

Pinewood construction did a great job redoing my patio. Old popcorn ceiling that was finally chipping away was replaced with a beautiful wood ceiling. Ceiling fans were replaced, patio walls were painted!Workers were on time and work was done very quickly. I called them after they did good work on my roof! Next I will ask them to put in a new track on the patio for my accordion shutters!

Pinewood Construction put a new beautiful roof on my home in Wellington recently. His crew was very professional and hard workers! The project was finished ahead of time! I would recommend Mike Cirillo and Pinewood Construction for any building project !
