- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are extremely fair with our customer pricing. We work with our customers depending on the circumstances of their project, we will make sure you are comfortable with what you get and with what you pay for the service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are everything for Handy Mount. Because of you, we are here! The first thing you will expect from us is immediate contact, via chat or phone call depending how you requested our services. Our response will contain our next availability for your project, our contact information, and an approximate estimate for your request. Secondly, your appointment is confirmed for the date and time most convenient for you. Finally, we will reach out to remind you of our upcoming visit and give you a notice when we are on our way to you. At the end of our visit, we will send you a detailed invoice reflecting the work completed. You can refer to the payment options section for further reference.
