Miss Ford is the real deal! This was my first time ever contacting a spiritual counselor and I really didn't even know what to say; however, Amy made me feel like she was an old friend which made me communicate naturally. It felt so natural to talk with her and the advice and guidance shared was more than I could ever have have imagined. I look forward to talking with her again.
Mariana was very responsive, enthusiastic, and answered all my questions. She called when she said she would. We haven't begun working together yet, but so far, it's been a good experience.
I met with Sage for the first time last week. I am a beginner when it comes to yoga (I have been to a handful of classes over the last few years) so I was hoping to find someone that had the patience and the knowledge to really help me grow. We started with some exercises to help with the typical neck/back pain points I have from sitting at a desk all day. The whole experience was excellent. Sage pointed out different muscle groups that I had no idea were weak, causing pain, or on the contrary, my strong point (apparently I'm more flexible than I thought and double jointed.) What really made the experience was how knowledgeable she was. You can really tell that she knows what she is talking about. Every stretch hit the right spots I've been aching (quite literally) to relieve and she could point out certain posture behaviors I have and tips on how to correct them. If you are looking for someone to help guide you to understand your body and which type of yoga practice works for you, I highly recommend Sage.
Leigh Ann is an amazing soul. Her practice of yoga flows wonderfully and her voice is soothing to the soul. She seems to be very dedicated. I love her classes as well as her individualized assistance. She has always been upbeat and encouraging and has lots of great tips on nutrition too.
Bianca is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to anatomy and yoga philosophy. She also has a beautiful spirit that radiates throughout every class allowing you to step off the mat feeling more connected and energized.
I have been attending Eliana's yoga classes for almost a year. She is amazing. She is compassionate, and takes the time to make sure you are doing the right poses. If you are unable to do a pose, she will help you to alter the pose so that you still get a good stretch. She is friendly and has a great work ethic. She keeps you informed through emails and she has always been available if I have any questions. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. She is such a treasure and I know the other women that attend class with me adore her just as much as I do.
Vicki is a great yoga instructor! She is very personal and professional with each attendee. Would recommend her to everyone !!! Love her!!
Tamara came and did a group yoga lesson for our bachelorette party. We did the class around the pool at our rental home and it went great! She was incredibly professional and super fast with communication. Because we were all from out of town she also brought yoga mats for all of us to use at no additional cost, which was a lifesaver! The class was well run and a great work out. We would definitely use Tamara again!!
Cynthia is a natural teacher. Her love and respect for yoga is very apparent and she is very enthusiastic about sharing the joys of yoga with her students. Her instruction is very clear, and her adjustments are a wonderful blend of simple alignment corrections and gentle reminders to push your practice deeper while still listening to your body. I originally came to her with some specific issues that I have been dealing with for years. She crafted a perfect sequence that addressed all my needs. Chronic pain has left me extremely tight in some areas, and my yoga practice is less than graceful at times. As I fumble through some of the poses, she effortlessly finds ways to modify the poses to my skill level in a very non-judgmental way. I am also always impressed at her awareness of my breath work. She consistently works with me to make sure that I get the most of my session with gentle loving reminders to return to my breath work throughout. I lead a very hectic life full of stress that seems to melt away after her sessions. I always leave her yoga instruction feeling more relaxed, balanced, and grounded.
I worked with Masha at yoga school in India. She was, without doubt, one of the best yoga students, and they say that the best teachers are the best students... ;-)
Amy is a great yoga guide. Her rates are reasonable; her knowledge is strong, and she is kind and patient. Can't ask for more.
The first yoga class I ever took was with Lara. She's patient and a wonderful teacher. I've taken many group classes with her since. She's amazing and no other classes compare to hers.
I had a personal home session with Cole and he was amazing. He’s very thoughtful and carefully explains each pose I am turning into to make sure I do not hurt myself. I requested his yoga instruction specifically to help stretch my lower back. Each movement and pose targeted my needs thanks to his expertise. I can’t wait to see him again.
I am very skeptical of yoga and not very knowledgeable but Chahna made the session super fun! She is also an occupational therapist so I found the science behind the loses super interesting! We practiced at a beautiful park near my house. Definitely recommend!
Cristina instructs a beautiful yoga experience . She has a broad and eclectic foundation of experience and knowledge across many disciplines. Cristina is able to teach a relaxing traditional Hatha, to a power yoga that will be extraordinary. She is keenly aware of elements of breathing, posture and positioning, and the kinetics of movement/flow. Probably the most skilled at adjustments that I have ever felt. As well, she looks out for anything that could injure and guides one through a safe and fulfilling practice, even if one has a preexisting injury. I do not think I could give a better recommendation. Absolutely delighted I found her to guide my practice. Wishing anyone who reads this the very best in their practice. :-)
I trust Jane with all my healthy lifestyle needs. She is an experienced nutritional scientist who knows dietary supplements in depth, uses the scientific approach in individual consultations and suggests sound changes for a healthier lifestyle. She is a certified Yoga Instructor who offers and specializes in private and small group training for beginners, senior citizens and pregnant women. Her expertise in the world of yoga is outstanding and I couldn't be more pleased with the results I've been seeing, both in body and in mind.
I'm very happy with the yoga classes , she is excellent, highly recommended
Anadel's Yoga and lifestyle lessons have been a shining light in my life. With Ana you can go from laughing so hard about failing at even the simplest yoga position (thank God she has the patience to teach you over and over again!), to having the most meaningful conversations about life, gratitude and love.
Here is a little about me: I am a registered ashtanga yoga instructor certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). I have a bachelor's degree in biology from FAU and I am a master's candidate for biomedical neuroscience research. I have been practicing yoga intensively for 1.5 years. I decided to get certified to teach yoga because I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. I am available for private yoga sessions, small group/family yoga sessions, partner/couple acro yoga sessions, and calisthenics/yoga-based strength workout sessions ranging from 1-2 hours per session. Examples of class types are as follows: * "Beginner's Yoga" class: basic principles of yogic breathing and the proper form of the most common postures you will do in any yoga class. This is meant for beginners who are new to yoga and need extra personal attention. * "Vinyasa style Power Yoga" class: Start with a few gentle warm-up postures, sun salutations, warrior and standing posture series, hip and back openers, and finish with some traditional closing postures. * "Yin Yoga" class: a slow-paced restorative yoga class in which we will hold postures 2-4 minutes to get deep into the connective tissues. Yoga opened the door to my spiritual path, and my passion for the practice grew quickly. My personal shift impacted my perspective on what was going on in the world, and I now believe that we are becoming less influenced by media, more conscientious about our own health condition, and how our habits affect our well-being. What I do is provide the practitioner with techniques to train and connect mind and body. As a teacher, my intention is to help individuals create space for healing and inspire new beginnings. Calibrate your system, restore your body, and rejuvenate your mind.
