- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing really depends on what kind of services you need. We can meet most budgets. We're a large scale Event DJ company, but we're affordable. For the prices we offer, no one offers what we do. Its why we're so popular. Just as an example, our lowest end DJ package includes about $5,000 worth of equipment. Commercial quality equipment. We're the only DJ in the Tampa Bay area that offers this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for each client differs from client to clients because each event is different and requires different preparation and planning. I do like to meet up with the client face to face, to put their mind at ease. We make sure that all of our clients receive the attention they deserve and understand that their event is just as important to us as it is to them! Once the event is confirmed with us, each client gets their own unique username and password to enter the client area of our website. We’ve also partnered with DJ Intelligence, the leading pre-planning tool for mobile DJ’s. Today’s tech-savvy clients aren’t just hoping for this type of interactive functionality, they’re demanding it. Once logged in, clients can enter their song choices, their flow of events, and all the necessary information for a successful event. It makes planning fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20+ plus years of corporate DJ'ing, in addition to live event production experience in live meetings and events. With a massive television production background, I have worked for every major television network. CBS, ABC, NBC, and FOX. My duties at each of the networks consisted of videography, editing, commercial production, and directing. Years later in 1998, I moved on to the technical production of corporate meetings & events. I was able to work on events for clients such as Starbucks, Fendi, State Farm Insurance, Aspen Dental, TransWorld Entertainment, Frito-Lay, state based agencies, among many other clients and Fortune 500 companies over the years - and I still do. I'm a 1997 graduate of the New School of Radio & TV in Albany NY, and is AVID Certified.
