Mike was incredible with the pre dry wall insepction. He informed me and provided me with someone's else's inspection report to give me an idea of what I would be expecting when he looked at our home. Very professional and would highly recommend him to others. I will be using him for our final inspection when we get to that point. Thanks again Mike.

I used Mike's services for a pre-drywall inspection on my new-construction home. I've never bought new construction before. The pre-drywall is exactly how it sounds - the house is framed and walls have not been installed. This exposes the electrical and plumbing for the inspector to investigate. The city and county inspectors are only looking for code violations, while inspectors like Mike are looking in more details at structural as well as cosmetic issues. I'm moving from out of state and it's stressful to not be able to view the home in person. I saw that Mike had a lot of 5-star reviews and decided to book him. He was very responsive. I told him my situation and he was cordial over the phone. I appreciated his professionalism and the level of detail about the work involved in pre-drywall inspections. He spent about two hours on our home and provided detailed pictures with drone shots and full issue report within a day. I sent the report to the builder and he was able to address all the issues. I would urge everyone building new construction to get a pre-drywall inspection. The cost is very minimal - we paid $375 based on our square footage. Your cost will vary but it's absolutely worth it. He did a great job and I'm also using him for the final inspection.
