First and foremost, I must say that the whole experience was an amazing and eventful day courtesy of Sandy and the Once Upon An Event Crew. The food was absolutely delicious! Though everything that was served was amazingly delicious lol I've got to say that the shrimp skewers, ham and the Mac and Cheese were my absolute favorites! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing for Catering Service, Day of Coordination, Partial Event/Wedding Planning or Full Wedding Planning Services, Rentals are very reasonable. We work with all budgets and can create a custom package based on your specific needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a potential new client we will give them a typed up quote, and once the client decides to move forward set up a consultation and tasting if catering is being provided and then we write up an official contract for review for all services that will be rendered. Once client's event details are finalized, the contract is finalized with client's signature and an invoice is sent to the client for their 50% non-refundable deposit to be made to secure their event date and services. We keep in contact with our clients throughout and then (2) weeks prior to their event, we confirm all services, any last minute changes and then forward the client their final invoice. We strive in excellent customer service and details with all our customers from beginning to end!
