- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are free. We will certainly share our pricing once we have an understanding of the complexity of the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is the process we have defined for working with new customers: 1. We build an understanding of the companies mission and vision 2. We engage with stakeholders to gather information 3. We conduct a strategic SWOT analysis 4. We dive into the analytics to gather important behavioral drive information 5. We map out the customer journey 6. We build a strategic marketing plan that supports the companies mission and vision 7. We execute, and conduct weekly calls to review strategic actions, analyze results, and follow up with requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an academic background that includes teaching courses in Marketing, Business, and Human Resources. I hold an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology - the premier school of rocket science. I have executed marketing strategies at all types of organizations, including agencies, SMBs, and Fortune 500 companies. I am also highly experienced in Agile Methodologies and this strategic differentiation allows us to deliver twice the work in half the time. We use this strategy when it makes sense, because not all strategy is meant to implemented using this methodology.
