- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by each individual job. I don't throw prices out very quickly I like to build a relationship first. I like to know your serious, I like to work through needs and wants to give you a better quote. I usually do a site visit or work off an existing floor plan before any pricing can be given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Oh yes !!! You have to in order to be the best. I am currently taking Autocad classes to perfect my drafting skills. Next will be completing and obtaining my NKBA certification. Who knows what's next!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Followed an instinct, an ran with it (still running with it) ...
