- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
7% sales tax and gratuity will be added to your price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it easy. We discuss your particular outing and go over what you are looking to achieve. From there we will secure a time and date, reach out with a courtesy reminder the week of the rental, show up early with a cleaned vehicle, a personable driver, and take you safely wherever you need to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several of our drivers have commercial drivers licenses and all are extremely personable. When not driving people around for normal transportation, our drivers all engaging customers through brewery tours.
