- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. Service calls are $89 plus parts if needed.If it can be fixed without parts it's just a service call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to do continuing education courses every 2 years to keep my state license current. I also keep up to date with a c publications to find out whats new in the business.
