Terrible service, honestly the worst I've ever had. My appointment was at 10am, by noon I called to see what was happening, he didn't call me. He finally showed at 1:30pm. When he got there he brought zero tools - "I forgot them" and had to take my computer with him. He told me he anticipated a week. Every week I had to contact him to get a progress report because he NEVER kept me updated without asking. Now he's finally told me he can't fix it 2 months later!!!! Now I'm trying to contact him to have my computer returned to me and he is not responding to my texts or phone calls.
