I realize Christmas is a busy time, however, to ignore a customer who has been extremely disappointed, is not an indication of a business that cares. This company clearly does not know how to treat customers, considering the customer has a most valid complaint. I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a family member Christmas week. The arrangement that arrived, in no way looked like the one I chose. According to the description of what is included in the arrangement, it was not a complete arrangement. It was a total embarrassment. To top it all off, after having tried to contact the florist 3 separate times, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. They don't even have the decency & good business sense to reply to me. I am not one to post negative reviews, however, I felt I had no choice but to warn other possible customers. My advice, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Flowers To Go has been a pleasure to deal with for the past few years. I always use theym for delivery and they have never failed me once! The flowers and arrangements I have purchased always seem to last long too which is a nice bonus considering I have found Flowers To Go to have the cheapest prices around!

We received several arrangements of flowers for my sister-in-laws funeral and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Flowers-To-Go customized the flowers to meet the needs of the occasion and they were well received by the family. The arrangements they put together had a beautiful array of various flowers and designed to meet this personal need. It helped to brighten the spirits of the family.
