FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My normal hourly rate is $350.00 per hour. Generally a retainer is required in complex matters which is wholly dependent upon the complexity of the issues at hand. Simplified, or non-contested, matters are available on a "flat fee" basis. The amount of the fee will be competitively set and dependent upon the nature of each case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I routinely offer a free initial consultation for the mutual comfort of myself and the client. At the conclusion of the initial consultation all options are discussed and prices given. Generally, there is a requirement of some payment in advance of work being commenced. Flat Fee arrangements require payment if full within a limited time period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the University of Florida Law School and have ongoing supplemental education in conformance with the requirements of the Florida Bar Association. I have limited my practice to Family Law to afford clients the best representation possible.
