What types of customers have you worked with?
Basic On-Leash Obedience Includes: Loose Leash Walking, Sit, Down, Stay, Come & Place **Board and Train programs - Your dog stays with us, we do the training. At the end of the program, client receives a 1-hour private lesson with their dog, covering handling instructions to ensure a smooth transition. **In-Home & On-Site Private Lessons - 1 Hour of instruction 1-2 times a week. Client does the training in between visits. **On-Site Group Lessons - 1 Hour of instruction, usually Saturday mornings. Client does the training in between visits.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A list of references that will say nice things is NOT a reliable source! Research your potential trainer! Look for Professional Memberships, Certifications, Real-Life experience, Licensing, Insurance and Accomplishments. Meet your trainer. Ask who will do the training, where will the training take place and ask to see where the dog will sleep, etc. Pay attention to cleanliness.. Is the hair swept/vacuumed? Are the food/water bowls clean? Is the temp comfortable?
