- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. One price for each visit to your home and one price for care in our home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all begins with a SNIFF 'N GREET. A package of permission slips and dog info is then explained and given to owners to fill out at their convenience. Dog walking and/or pet sitting then begins.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. Some are older and simply cannot walk their dogs any longer. Others work full time and depend on VILLAGE PET PALS to care for their pets during the day. Some are home, but enjoy the relationship we have built with them and their pets. Many customers do not want to leave their dogs alone while away, they bring their babies to our house. They become part of our family while staying with us.
