- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most repairs can be completed on the initial visit. Our service call includes the cost of the trip, labor, and door tune up. We never charge hourly rates and we will never recommend services that are not necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you schedule your appointment with our friendly staff, you will be met on location by one of our polite and professional technicians.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in this industry and have mastered everything from residential to commercial, including the co-development of a hurricane rated glass garage door.
