- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handy’s pricing is upfront and transparent addition to all pricing being quoted up front before providing service. Important Message: Please note we have a 2 hour minimum for all our Handyman Services, quotes and or estimates are not provided, we arrive on site ready to work. Pricing structure: - First hour: $99 - Second hour: $59 - Total for two hours: $158 - Additional hours: $79 each
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Handy’s interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home or office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally run business, and education and training is a very important part of what we do everyday. Our education involves intensive training in our very own Handy University of Property Maintenance, a controlled environment where handy’s learn real-world application of different concepts in every aspect of what we do, where they receive hands-on training in operating the best equipment in the market, and where supervisors hone skills necessary to ensure each handy’s maintains the highest quality of service everyday. We are experts who collaborate with and learn from other experts in the industry.
