Life changing!! My energy was low and I had a lot of stored up tension in my nervous system. Erica from 22 Wellness recommended I give Jorge a call and see if he can help using Reiki. After the very first session my breathing improved and I felt an overall sense of peace in my body. Then after a few more sessions I began to experience a higher level of mental clarity, purified energy, and body awareness. Jorge and the whole team at 22 Wellness are very gifted and loving people with deep knowledge especially in healing. Knowing them has been a true blessing in my life!

Never having had a reiki session before, I had no idea what to expect so I went in wiht an open mind.
Jorge is such a caring & gentle person so this put me at ease and I felt very relaxed.
