- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complication at all :) I charge a standard fee per lesson. I do not watch the clock. We take our time with each and everyone of our students even if it runs past the lesson time to end on a good note.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out their goals and helping them succeed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started riding at the age of 3 and have experience in numerous riding disciplines, I have worked with various breeds of horses, ponies and have learned and worked with great trainers growing up. I currently attend clinics when I can and I am pursuing my judges license. I have over 20 years of professional experience.
