- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system varies on the customers specific needs. We are fairly priced and we pride ourselves so the work is performed above average.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? how often do they need cleaning? and then be able to tell them the price. We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team has been trained and prepared to do their job in the right way. the have many years of cleaning experience and are very good at what they do.
