Sent her $276 for service and $500 for materials . I got 8 of the wire dividers 6 plastic dividers and 3 cloth divider boxes. Materials were said to come up to $300 . I asked for receipts. She would not provide receipts . She charged additional $ to install the dividers and we agreed to take it out of the remaining advance , leaving $176 left from the original advance. She was supposed to work off the remainder but stopped responding . I asked for a refund of the remaining balance , and she has kept the money and not responded since Jan 14. It is now March 1. Does not keep scheduled appointments Overcharges for materials Do not advance pay! , she will not return money.
